Perth City West is a joint venture between two leading entrepreneurs, Ken Ross OBE, Chairman and Chief Executive of Glasgow-based developer Elphinstone, and Scottish financier David Hunter, of Hunter Capital Partners.

Our aim is to add a new dimension to Perth in a way that meets local needs and complements what is on offer elsewhere, particularly in the city centre.

We’d like the people of Perth to help us shape the new development by telling us what they need and want in their city. We have some thoughts of our own, but we want local people to have a real say in shaping our proposals.
